(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a sexual assault on July 1, 2014. The female victim in the alleged assaults was between 16 and 17 years old at the time of the offences. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between January 2013 and July 1, 2014 in Tillsonburg.
As a result of this investigation, 59 year-old Frank Louie FULOP of Tillsonburg was arrested on July 2, 2014. He is charged with the following under The Criminal Code of Canada:
Sexual Assault (2 counts)
Sexual Exploitation (2 counts)
He was held for bail court in Woodstock as a result of the arrest. He has since been released and is on conditions ordered by the court pending his future court appearances.
