(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore was on routine patrol on January 25, 2016 at approximately 11:40 p.m., when they observed a vehicle on Essex County Road 27 in Lakeshore, acting suspiciously.
The vehicle had turned off onto West Belle River Road and was travelling in the middle of the roadway when officers stopped it.
The driver was spoken to and issued a Roadside Screening Demand, which he failed.
Brian LALIBERTE, age 50 of Lakeshore, was arrested and then charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor Court on February 17, 2016 to answer to the charge.
