(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment have charged a 28-year-old female after police investigated an incident at a Cockshutt Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, January 2, 2016 at approximately 2:06 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned resident reporting a threat.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that two females engaged in a conversation and as a result police were contacted.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 28-year-old Kristen LOWE of Brantford, Ontario with uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
