(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On July 29, 2017 at 9:27 a.m. the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an altercation on Nipissing Road, Seguin Township. Police investigation revealed that a knife was used in an assault.
Police located the accused, Peter SMITH, 37 years of age of Seguin Township and he was arrested and charged with the following offence;
Assault with a Weapon x2 contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was held in custody to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound.
