Killaloe OPP Weekly Release

During the week of March 23 – March 29, 2015 there were 67 calls for service. There were ten motor vehicle collisions; nine were related to wild animals.

There was domestic dispute call for service during the week of March 23 – March 29, 2015. No charges were laid.

DRUG CHARGES LAID

(South Algonquin Township, ON) On Saturday March 28, 2015 as a result of a police investigation, Sgt Dwayne Sears charged John PARKS, 49 years of age of Whitney with

– Possession of Marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.

PARKS is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on May 6, 2015.

MISCHIEF

(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) On Saturday March 28, 2015 at 9:30pm Provincial Constable Cory Briscoe responded to a mischief on Wellington Street, Eganville. Unknown person(s) were damaging windows at the abandoned school. If anyone has information contact the Killaloe OPP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477
