During the week of the 16 May 2016, to the 22 May 2016, there were 117 calls for service, including the Whitney Detachment.
There were fourteen motor vehicle collisions, eight were animal related.
There were three domestic dispute calls for service during the week of the 16 May 2016, to the 22 May 2016. There were no domestic related incidents involving criminal code charges.
Break and Enter
On the 21 May 2016 at approximately 7: 09 p.m., the Killaloe OPP received a report of a break and enter into a shed on Drohan Street in Madawaska Valley Twp. A gas trimmer was stolen. This incident remains under investigation.
Damage to Property
On the 20 May 2016 at approximately 12:57 p.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Jordan Bullis received a call of mischief to property in Madawaska Valley Twp. Several of the community parks had sustained damages to the washrooms and glass coverings. This incident remains under investigation.
Theft
On the 19 May 2016 at approximately 3:32 p.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Kyle Fabian received a call of theft on Krafchik Lane in Madawaska Valley Twp. A quantity of wood and two chainsaws were reported stolen. This incident remains under investigation.
Suspended Driver Charged
On the 20 May 2016 at approximately 10:45 a.m., Killaloe OPP Constable Jason Golds conducted a routine traffic stop on Round Lake Road in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards Twp. The 27 yr. old female driver from Hamilton was charged with Suspended Driving section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act and Speeding section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act. The vehicle was towed.
