(Ottawa)  On Sunday February 9th, 2014 at 5pm, Ottawa Police Service officers responded to a call for service at March Road at Howie Road, in the city’s rural west end, in regards to a rollover of a All Terrain Vehicle (ATV). A 46 years old male passenger was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
After investigation, 28 years old Kevin Johnston, of Ottawa, has been charged with the following offences:
Impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm
Operation of a motor vehicle over 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood – causing bodily harm
Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm
No other motor vehicles were involved in this accident.
