(HALIBURTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haliburton Highlands Detachment has concluded their investigations of a Break, enter and attempted theft at the Valu Mart and a Theft of a motor vehicle from the Minden Hills Township which both occurred on December 30, 2014.
As a result of the investigations, Kenneth FARQUHAR, 30 years of age from Lindsay, ON has been charged with the following offences:
· Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
· Unlawfully in Dwelling House
· Theft of Motor Vehicle
· Trespassing at Night
· Theft Under $5000
· Fail to Comply with Probation Order x2
FARQUHAR is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden, Ontario on June 3, 2015 to answer to the charges.
