(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 14, 2013 at approximately 3:25pm Quinte West OPP officers responded to a call for an erratic driver on County Rd 40.
The vehicle was stopped and after a short investigation the driver was arrested for Impaired Operation.
52 year old Kenneth DURLING of Quinte West has been charged with Impaired Operation, Over 80mgs, and Drive Motor Vehicle No Licence. DURLING was released with a court date in November.
