(QUINTE WEST, ON) At approximately 6.45pm on the same day Quinte West OPP officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Loyalist Parkway in which no one was injured.
When officers arrived on scene they spoke to 55 year old James WELLER the driver of the motor vehicle. After a short investigation WELLER was arrested for Impaired Operation.
55 year old James WELLER of Brighton has been charged with Impaired Operation and Over 80mgs, he has been released with a court date in November.
