(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Thursday January 30, 2014 just after 7:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was advised of a black pickup truck that had gone in the ditch on Aspdin Road, Huntsville, On. The caller felt that the driver may have been drinking.
Huntsville OPP detachment members attended and spoke to the driver and found that he had been drinking. Investigation led to the arrest of Keith MACINTOSH (49yrs) of McDougall Twp., On. The accused was eventually charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while his ability was impaired and having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused will appear in Huntsville court on March 5, 2104 to answer to his charges.
