(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On April 20, 2014, just after 1:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Chrysler automobile on Highway 40 at Grand Avenue.
While officers were speaking with the driver, 52 year old Kathy JUBENVILLE, from Chatham, ON, it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and she will appear in a Chatham court on May 9, 2014, to answer to the charge of Operate Motor Vehicle Over 80 mgs.
