(RED LAKE, ON) – On April 11, 2015 at approximately 10:46 PM, Red Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were on patrol in the area of Seventh Street in Balmertown within the Municipality of Red Lake.
The OPP officers observed a vehicle driving in an erratic manner along Seventh Street.
Police stopped the motor vehicle and determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the Red Lake OPP Detachment for testing.
Justin ROLLIN, Age 21, of Red Lake, has been charged with Over 80 Milligrams contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
ROLLIN is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Red Lake on May 28, 2015, to answer to the charge.
