(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 33 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Cedar Drive, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 16, 2015, at approximately 12:51 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area Cedar Drive, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 33 year old Justin Brian GEISER, of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
· Impaired driving
· Driving over the legal limit
· G1 licence holder – drive at unlawful hour
· G1 licence holder – Blood Alcohol Concentration Above Zero
· Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
