(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, July 10, 2016 at approximately 12:53 a.m., police were contacted by a homeowner reporting a suspicious male.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that an unknown male attended the address and proceeded to lay across the back porch area of the residence.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 24-year-old Joshua Pedro SANTOS of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
