(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 62 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Donly Drive North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, August 22, 2015, at approximately 8:22 p.m., police were contacted by concerned citizens about a motor vehicle travelling east bound on Argyle Street. Officers attended the area and located the vehicle and driver at a Donly Drive North address.
As a result of investigation, police charged 60-year-old Jose Carvalho GONCALVES of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
