(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 27 year old male after police were contacted by an alert citizen at an Ashton Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, September 4, 2015 at approximately 6:53 a.m., police were called after an alert community member observed a suspicious male removing property from the backyard of a residence.
Police arrived on scene and located the male. As a result of investigation, the male was arrested and charged. Stolen property was recovered and was returned to its rightful owners.
Charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of marihuana and fail to comply with probation order is 27-year-old Jorden Douglas MORIN or Norfolk County, Ontario.
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
