(SOUTH HURON, ON) A 24 year old female from Bluewater has been ticketed following a single motor vehicle collision that took place yesterday evening. Shortly before 7:30 p.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Huron County Paramedics responded to a collision that took place at the intersection of Airport Line and Huron Park Road.
Police arrived to find a black Jeep Compass off the roadway in the west ditch. Police learned the driver was travelling west on Huron Park Road when she failed to stop for a stop sign. She continued driving through the intersection, left the roadway and ultimately collided with a fence in the west ditch.
The driver, the lone occupant of the vehicle was transported to South Huron Hospital with minor injuries.
24 year old Jordan HILLIER from Bluewater has been charged with Disobey a Stop Sign – Fail to Stop.
