(EXETER, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 51 year old female from Exeter with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. Early this morning around 2:00 a.m. a Huron OPP officer stopped a grey Chevrolet Cobalt on Sanders Street in Exeter.
Upon speaking with the female driver it was noticed the driver had been drinking alcohol. She was also displaying signs of impairment. As a result the driver was arrested for impaired driving. She was transported to detachment where she provided two samples of her breath; both were above the legal limit.
Jody Dayman, 51, from Exeter has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. She has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on November 28, 2013. She received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded.
