(SUDBURY, ON)- On October 2, 2016, at approximately 1:15 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Jonas LONG, 24 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on December 5, 2016.
