(SUDBURY, ON)- On September 30, 2016, at approximately 9:55 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69, in the township of Burwash, south of the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Andre JACQUES, 30 years of age, from Val Caron, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act – 2 counts
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on November 21, 2016.
