(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 59 year old male with a drinking and driving offence at a Queen Street, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday October 25th, 2015 at approximately 9:36pm, members of the Haldimand OPP stopped a blue 2014 Nissan vehicle for a Highway Traffic Act violation in the town of Dunnville.
Upon speaking with the driver, signs of alcohol consumption was detected which resulted in his arrest.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the car identified as 59 year old John RADFORD of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
