(NAPANEE, ON)- On Saturday, July 25th, 2015 at 12:39 a.m. Napanee OPP received a complaint regarding a possible impaired driver travelling eastbound on Hwy 401 near Napanee.
The complainant reported a dark coloured SUV weaving lane to lane, speeding and driving on the shoulder of the highway.
The complainant followed the vehicle as it turned off Hwy 401 and pulled into a nearby business. Officers located the driver walking into the business and arrested him for impaired driving.
Charged with impaired driving and over .80 mgs is 29 year-old John MEAD of Kingston. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on August 4th, 2015.
