(GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On April 10, 2015 at 11:07 p.m., members of the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Grey Road 13 in Grey Highlands when a Black Suzuki All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Forty-two year old John KEMPFFER of Grey Highlands has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 23, 2015 to answer to the charge.
