(NAPANEE, ON)- On Saturday, May 30th, 2015 at 1:35 a.m. an officer with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a Dodge pick-up truck after a report of an impaired driver leaving and then returning to a tavern in the Town of Greater Napanee.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code is 28 year-old John FRASER of Stone Mills Township.
FRASER was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear on June 23, 2015 in Provincial Court in Napanee.
