(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a RIDE program on the off ramp from Highway 115 to Airport Road just before 10:00pm on Friday night.
A female driver was arrested after failing roadside tests. Jill SUTHERLAND (age 48) of Peterborough, ON is charged with driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood. The accused is schedule to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on April 16, 2015.
