Jeremy TAFT – Drunk Driving

(Prince Edward County, ON) On September 19, 2013 at 2:30pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment attended a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 1 and Wilson Road in the Ward of Hallowell. The male driver had been consuming alcohol.

33 year-old Jeremy TAFT of Quinte West is charged with the following:

Operating While Impaired contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Operation With Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused, who was not injured, was later released from police custody on a promise to appear in Picton court on October 16, 2013.
