(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A vehicle stop recently conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has resulted in a North York man facing drinking and driving related charges.
On December 7, 2014 an OPP officer conducted a vehicle stop and determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. As a result of the investigation James PLUMMER, 49 years of age, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and having care and control of a motor vehicle while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on January 8, 2015.
