(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 21, 2014 at approximately
2:02 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a motor vehicle on Wellington Road 38, Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Officers spoke with the driver of a grey 2005 Toyota Tundra and found him to be exhibiting signs of alcohol use. He was transported to a local detachment for further testing.
Jakob CHURNEY age 32, of Calgary, Alberta, has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 28, 2014 to answer to the charges.
