On the 17th of February 2014 at approximately 2:30am, police were contacted to attend a residence in the south-east end of the city. A resident made a complaint that there was a male banging on his front door trying to get into his residence.
When police arrived they observed the male continuing to attempt to open the front door of the residence. Police alerted the male to their presence and began investigating him for being on the property. It didn’t long to realize the suspect male was extremely intoxicated. Police subsequently arrested the male for being intoxicated. The male was confused as to why he was arrested trying to get into his own house. The problem was, it wasnt the males residence. The male was so intoxicated he was unable to identify where he lived.
The 19 year old male was held in police custody until sober.
