(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On October 31, 2015 at approximately 1:24 a.m. The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report concerning an intoxicated male that was last observed near the area of Boyd Street and Bayview Street in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
The male was reported to be arguing with other members of the public and observed moving park benches onto the roadway. Police located and arrested the male.
The 34-year-old male from Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation was charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place, section 31(4), of the Ontario Liquor Licence Act. He was held overnight at the Bruce Peninsula Detachment until sober and released.
