Highway 21 Collision – Impaired Driving Charge Laid

(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On October 31, 2015 at 8:20 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived and saw that a Grey PT Cruiser had left the roadway and come to rest in the ditch. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-year-old Denise MCGROGAN of Kincardine was charged with impaired driving and refuse breath sample. She is scheduled to appear in court on December 7, 2015 to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
