INTOXICATED IN A PUBLIC PLACE CHARGE

(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- On January 14, 2014 at 6:33 pm, the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to 36 Young Street in the Town of New Tecumseth for a report of an intoxicated female riding on the store motorized shopping cart. The female was seen with alcohol hidden in the front basket.

Police attended but the female had left before Police arrival. Within 50 minutes, Police received a second call for an intoxicated female located on the front stairs of a private residence on King Street South. Nottawasaga Officers attended and arrested the female and transported her to the Detachment.

Charged is 31 year old Orillia resident, Breanne LABELLE, she is charged under the Liquor Licence Act with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place.
