Intoxicated Greyhound Passenger Arrested

(BLIND RIVER, ON) – On December 12, 2015, members from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised on an intoxicated passenger on the Greyhound Bus and wanted the male removed.

The Greyhound bus made arrangements to meet officers at the Blind River Tim Horton’s parking lot. At 11:39 p.m., police observed the intoxicated male get off the bus.

Steven BALOGH, 45 years of age, from Brockville, Ontario was charged with: Being Intoxicated in a Public Place contrary to section 31(4) of the Liquor License Act. The accused was lodged overnight and released the next morning.
