(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 19, 2015 at approximately 11:56 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a mischief occurrence that had just occurred outside a drinking establishment on Main Street in Mount Forest, Wellington North Township.
Investigation revealed that an intoxicated female entered a 2013 Ford pick-up truck that was parked outside the bar. The truck owner saw the lights flash and went outside to investigate. He opened up the passenger side door and observed a female inside who refused to leave. The female attempted to strike one of the witnesses while yelling obscenities at them. While inside the vehicle, she vomited and broke off the turn signal lever.
Police located the female on the sidewalk outside the bar and she was placed under arrest.
19-year-old Madison MOSSEY of West Grey Township has been charged with Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 6, 2015 to answer to the charge.
