Home Invasion In North Middlesex – Suspect Evades K9 Track

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On October 17, 2016, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break, enter, and theft incident in progress on Elginfield Road.

The homeowner contacted police at approximately 4:40 a.m. after being awoken by a noise, and observing a culprit in their home.

The male fled the residence on foot prior to police arrival. Police conducted a canine track, which yielded negative results.

The Middlesex County OPP continues to investigate this incident.
