(INGERSOLL, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a home invasion robbery which occurred in the Town of Ingersoll on July 29, 2014. At approximately 6:00 a.m., OPP were called to a residence on Cherry Street to a report of a home invasion robbery which had just occurred.
The victims advised they were awakened by two unknown suspects. The male adult victim had a brief struggle with one of the suspects and received minor injuries. The other victim, a female youth, received no injuries. The suspects then fled the residence on foot with undisclosed property. The investigation is continuing.
