(TWEED, ON) – On March 15, 2014 at 11:20 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P received a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Sunsmile Lane near Carrs Road in the Municipality of Tweed. When officers arrived they located the vehicle stuck in a snowbank on Sunsmile Lane with the engine running and the female driver still seated inside. The investigation revealed the female driver had been consuming alcohol and as a result 33 year old Holly WESTWELL of Tweed, ON was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood. She will appear in Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville in mid April 2014.
