(Picton, ON) Highway-62 in PRince Edward County has been re-opened, but the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police warns that whiteout conditions continue throughout the County. Driving can be hazardous due to whiteout conditions and drifting snow. Whietouts can develop suddenly. The OPP is asking motorists to avoid travel in the area unless necessary.
