(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23 year old male after police investigated a vehicle at a Troyer Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, August 17, 2015, at approximately 2:09 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Troyer Road when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The officer stopped and investigated the vehicle which was parked on the side of the roadway.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 23-year-old Heinrich Klassen GUENTHER of Norfolk County Ontario with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, driving under suspension and permit use of plate not authorized for vehicle.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
