(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues to investigate a head on collision that occurred on Perth Road 131, south of Line 83 in the hamlet of Carthage at around 9:15 am on November 29, 2016. One driver, a 62-year-old female, remains in a London hospital in fair condition. The other 70-year-old male driver was released from hospital a short time after the collision.
