(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On October 23, 2014 at approximately 9:00 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers attended an apartment on Elizabeth Street, Harriston. While at the home, officers observed suspected methamphetamine on a table. The male was arrested and brought to an OPP Operations Centre.
Harry SMID age 48 of Harriston is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 5, 2014 to answer to the charge.
