(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 24, 2014 at approximately 12:25 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Side Road 10 North, and Concession 4, Puslinch Township.
Officers investigated the female driver of a 2002 Ford that entered the program. Police spoke with her and determined she had consumed alcohol. A roadside screening test was administered which resulted in a fail.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Audra CRIPPS age 42 from Cambridge has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 25, 2014 to answer to the charge.
