(BANCROFT, ON) – On the 31st of July 2016, just after midnight, officers of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, (OPP) stopped an aggressive driver on Highway 28 in Faraday Township.
Upon speaking with the driver of the vehicle, officers noted that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
Charged with Operate Motor Vehicle – Over 80mgs, is 28 year old Hananeel RUTANHIRA of Ottawa, Ontario. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear, and is to return to the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, on the 16th of August, 2016.
