(LAKESHORE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) West Region Highway Enforcement Team (WRHET) stopped a vehicle in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near French Line in Lakeshore yesterday morning.
Upon speaking to the driver, it was noted that he had been consuming alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was administered a roadside screening device test at the scene, which he failed. He was immediately arrested.
Guillermo OROZCO LOPEZ, age 57 of London, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on April 7, 2014.
