(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On April 19, 2014, just after 9:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a complaint of a Jeep vehicle driving erratically on Highway 401 eastbound, near Comber Side Road.
The vehicle exited the highway and was located in Tilbury by OPP officers. Officers spoke with the driver and determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that the driver, 37 year old Gregory RAJKI, from Windsor, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Chatham Court on May 8, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving With More Than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood.
