(TILLSONBURG, ON.) On September 14, 2013, members of Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) responded to a collision between a motor vehicle and a Yamaha YFM Quad that occurred at the intersection of Highway #3 and Vienna Road.
As a result of the collision and investigation, police have charged 23 year old Gregory DELINE of Tillsonburg under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Dangerous Operation – Motor Vehicle
Impaired Operation/Motor Vehicle/Alcohol
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content/Motor Vehicle
Possession Property obtained by Crime Under $5000
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on October 15, 2013.
There were no injuries.
