(GRAND BEND, ON) –Members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to Gables Bar in Grand Bend to deal with an unruly patron.
The patron was located outside the bar at 12:45 a.m. after being evicted by the establishment. He was arrested and taken into custody.
21-year-old Alexander SILCOCK from Newmarket Ontario was subsequently charged with Public Intoxication and upon release complained of a sore wrist. Police arranged for an ambulance and he was taken to an area hospital where he was treated.
The OPP has notified the SIU which has invoked its mandate. As a result the OPP will not be able to provide any further information. Any other inquiries should be directed to SIU Communications at 416-662-2342.
