(ASHFIELD, COLBORNE, WAWANOSH, ON) – A 30-year-old from Goderich is facing a Break & Enter charge following an incident that took place this past weekend in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.
On Saturday, March 4, 2017 at approximately 11:13 a.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a residence located on Mill Road to check on the home after the property owner discovered visible damage to an exterior window.
Officers entered the residence and while searching the residence they found a male suspect hiding inside the unoccupied home. Police arrested the male without incident and took him into custody.
As a result, Perry BAKKER, 30 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Break, Enter Dwelling House. He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for April 3, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
