At the Morris-Turnberry animal control by-law meeting on Tuesday, a
Citizen was fighting for the right to have dogs on her
property. The property is in Lower-Town, has a large
impressive fence, a chicken barn people use to live in, and owner
that spends most of the day there. M-T council insists they
can not leave the dogs on the property, and it sounds like they
aren’t in favor of the dogs even visiting the property when the
owner is there working. A similar situation would be a
